The front desk " manager' was very helpfull when he cannot find my confirmed reservation from Booked.net for holywood express north.

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. It was a dump! Unclean, noisy, seedy, totally worthless and an absolute waste of money.

The carpet was dirty. No alarm clock, no Kleenex dispenser, frayed telephone wires, cracked bath tub, stained ironing board with no iron. The parking lot was too small and very cramped. Dust covered the dresser/tv stand. Less than six clothes hangers, and they were bent and unusable. As I mentioned above, I like absolutely nothing about this hotel.

The only thing I liked was it was close to where I needed to go.

Everything. Hotel & customer service was the worst I have ever had. The room smelled like pee and the bed had a toothpick in it which shows they didnt really clean the room properly.

The pool was an unexpected surprise, perfect for cooling off after a hard days trekking around the city

I liked how close it was to everything but still far enough to be outside of people and traffic.

I did not like the rudeness of the employees and that dirtiness of te room. There was Marijuana on our bed and part of a smoked blunt in the bathroom. The room reeked of Marijuana.

Itr was convenient to Universal Studios and also getting to other parts of the city.

I called before leaving on my trip and asked them not to run my credit card as I wanted to pay cash. Upon arrival I found they had ran my card and because I was on a tight budget it basically ruined my last two days of my trip. They reversed the charges but that does not get credited immediatly. I asked for special help to remedy this and I really do not think they cared

It may be better for you to search for motels more near to Hollywood attractions , because there are many cheap motels in the center of Hollywood

The hotel is located in little Thailand so good choise of thai restaurants is avaliable in walking proximity. it is 5 minutes walk to the metro station and 3 stations away from the Universal City.

The street is quite busy and you can hear every car passing near.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, great price

The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs digging into your back! There was construction on the hotel which began at 7 or 8am without any notice to the patrons and it was very loud. The continental breakfast was simply waffles - no other options

It locates in Thai town. There are several good thai food place near it.

Very noisy, even at night. Bed is also noisy as well as the room above us. Certainly not for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast is rubbish just pancake and that is it
